Craneville Place of Dalton’s rehabilitative team is highly trained and committed to excellence. Treatment is individualized to successfully return patients to their prior status and prior residence, or to achieve and maintain their highest level of functioning.
Rehabilitation Therapy

-Our rehabalitation therapy room offers ample space for residents’ individualized programs and/or group therapy sessions.
Examples of medical conditions that typically require our rehabilitation therapy include, but are not limited to:
•Orthopedic Rehab
•Stroke Rehab
•Pulmonary Rehab
•Cardiac Rehab
•Generalized Functional Decline Rehab
(Due to acute hospital stay)
If you or a family member are currently in a hospital and wish to be admitted to Craneville Place for a rehabilitation stay, please inform your physician and/or hospital case worker of your preference.
Alzheimer's Care and Other Special Services
In addition to our traditional nursing units, we offer a secured unit for the cognitively impaired resident as well as those requiring additional supervision. Staff members are specially trained to meet the personal care and activity needs of these residents. This Special Care Unit features its own dining and activity room with walking areas for residents to enjoy.
Activities
A wide range of activities is offered with the varying interests and abilities of our residents in mind. Our activity programs feature a focus on music, cooking, gardening, arts and crafts, reminiscing and other interests of our residents. Craneville Place also offers a wheelchair accessible van with lift that takes residents to a variety of scheduled outings throughout Berkshire County. |
